New Moon in Taurus April 2012

The New Moon this month takes place in 2ᵒ Taurus on April 21. New Moons are a great time to initiate or launch something. And now that Mars and Mercury are moving forward again even better! To learn more about how Mars is affecting your sign, read the post HERE.

New Moons are a great time to set your intentions for the month. Make a list of 5 or 10 intentions and action them with the support of the New Moon behind you. Then check in at the Full Moon (when things come to fruition) and review your progress and adjust accordingly.

You can also review your progress at each New Moon as developments have taken form and you may of released some things that weren't working. So, how have you progressed since the last New Moon in Aries?

This month it's all about earthy practical Taurus. Taurus is ruled by Venus, the Roman Goddess of love and beauty, and is a loyal, determined, sensual, and stubborn sign. Taurean's love all things that ignite their senses; good food, comfortable surroundings and items of quality.

Ways you can benefit or use the New Moon in Taurus energy.
  • Reconnect with nature
  • Do some work in or spend time in your garden
  • Eat quality tasty foods
  • Inject more stability, security or practicality into your life
  • Plant "seeds" for change
  • Make a fresh start
  • Launch a new endeavour
  • Use your inner determination to put plans into action
  • Tend to your body's physical requirements

The New Moon energy can last for a week or so but is strongest at the time of the New Moon and loses potency as time goes on so there's no time like the present!

Now would be the perfect time to start Life Coaching if you've ever thought about doing it. I do coaching with clients all over the world via Skype. For more information please visit my site HERE.
