At a Full Moon we find ourselves roughly 2 weeks after the New Moon, this marks the half way mark of the Moon's phases. I wont go into what all the Moon phases mean right now, as that's a whole-other post! Here are the Moon's phases to give you an overall picture of where we are at.

So now that you know we are at 'piggy in the middle stage' here's how you can use the Full Moon to your advantage, which brings with it, culmination, climaxes, resolutions, emotions, fullness, and completion.
Use a Full Moon to:
- Profit from earlier actions and /or
- Deal with the consequences of earlier actions
- To let go of things that aren't working before the next New Moon
- See where you are at re your New Moon wishes
- 'Bring to light ' something about a situation you may not of been aware of earlier
- Reflect on your life rather than act on your life
- Cleanse your crystals by the light of the Full Moon
- Do a Full Moon meditation
- Take care when expressing feelings
The Moon takes approximately 28 days to orbit the Earth and the sign that the Full Moon is in each month will colour how that Full Moon affects us all in subtle but important ways. The Full Moon is in Leo this month and Leo is creative, a leader and expressive. It's about individuality, respecting yourself, and how you see yourself. Remember Madonna singing "Respect Yourself hey hey", no surprise there, Madonna's a Leo!
